You have a few options for checking your order status at any time.
Don't have an account?
- Go to “Track Your Order” (at the bottom of any page). Enter the order or shipment number as well as either your email address or shipping postal code.
Have an account? Log in! Once in:
- Choose My Account > Order History. Each separate shipment has a tracking link via the carrier under the order heading. (Shown in the screen shot below) Click "Track Via [Carrier]" and a new window or tab will pop up with your tracking information.
Please note tracking information is available only after an item ships. That usually takes about 1-2 business days from the time you place an order, depending on the product ordered. Once the tracking number is generated, it may take up to 48 hours for scans to show from the carrier.
